D.I.Y. hair tutorial
Getting bored of having the same hair style day-in and day-out?. Have fun with it!, there are a lot of creative ways of wearing your long hair. Aside from the traditional blow-dry , flat iron, or curling iron styles you might want to mix and match it by creating some fun and easy to do braids and up styles. Here is one way of wearing long layered hair. All you need is a hair rubber band and a scarf to serve as an accent. Notice in this tutorial that there are no styling products used, no thermal styling was used, and not teasing or any preparation was done to create this hip and easy to do style in just a matter of minutes.
Our model has 3 tone highlights on her hair which makes the braid stand out. You can use other hair pins to decorate and hide the hair rubber band to serve as an accent. A variation of this braid would be by getting thinner sections – that way, a more detailed and polished look would be achieved. Go try it out! :-).
How about putting a twist on your hair?
Here’s another hair tutorial of how to create a fun and easy up do just by using a few hair pins and hair pin accents.
You can be creative with this up do by placing the hair pin accents in different places. Also, you don’t have to do this up do as neat and clean as shown in our example, a fun and more natural look can be achieved by setting some curls first with your hair then following the steps above and letting a few of the hair pieces fall.
